Feature: Standard Audit checkout

Buy a single Standard Audit for one property before you upload your contract documents.

Purpose

Buy one forensic document audit for a single property. You must be signed in.

Cost and entitlements

Indicative $29. One Standard purchase is for one audit. It cannot be upgraded to Hunter Pack after you complete the purchase.

What you will see

  • /checkout (or /checkout?product=standard)
  • Marketing /pricing — heading Standard Audit $29. Hunter Pack $49., then the same plan cards as home plus a comparison table (who it is for and purchase rules). Coming Soon modules are a Roadmap note, not table rows. Audit this property — $29 opens /checkout?product=standard
  • Marketing /for-buyers — Audit this property — $29 in the hero opens /checkout?product=standard. See a sample report is next to it. The close is Start your audit (register), with Hunter Pack as the secondary button

  • Optional street, suburb, state, postcode (you may leave these blank)
  • Hunter Pack upsell (cheaper from the second property; cannot upgrade later) and Switch to Hunter Pack

  • After a successful card session you are sent to the payment page, then back to /account
  • Your paid audit then appears in your account as Awaiting upload — open it to add the address (if you left it blank) and upload your documents

Rules that affect you

  1. Continue stays off until you accept the Terms and complete the security check.
  2. Address is optional at checkout; you can set it later before upload.
  3. Choosing Hunter Pack replaces Standard — it does not add a second product.

Important wording

Hunter upsell: a completed Standard purchase cannot be upgraded to Hunter Pack later.

Analysis starts when you submit a job. Digital services that have commenced are generally non-cancellable. Mandatory account required for delivery and credit tracking.
