How to find a job on your account

Open your account, find the audit by address and status, and go to its job page.

Open Account. Each audit is a row with its address and status. Open the address to see the job page.

Who this is for

Signed-in buyers who have paid or used a Hunter credit.

When to use

After checkout, after Start audit, or when you need to upload or open a report.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in

Time and cost

Free (uses an audit you already paid for or a credit you already hold).

Before you start

If you just paid, wait for the “Payment received” banner to clear into a job row. Do not send us contract files to locate a job.

Steps

  1. Go to /account (Account in the header).
  2. Find the job under Jobs.
  3. Open the address (or “Address not set”) to /jobs/:jobId.
  4. From there: Upload documents, View report, or set the address if it is still waiting for upload.

What you will see

Credits, Start audit or Buy an audit, the job list, Coming Soon modules (not for sale).

Outcomes

  • Success: the matching job page
  • Empty list: buy an audit or wait if you just paid
