| Standard Audit | Single paid forensic audit product (indicative $29). |
| Hunter Pack | Five audit credits, any addresses, 12-month expiry (indicative $49). Credits non-refundable / no cash value except where ACL requires. |
| Re-audit | New job for the same address at a discount off Standard (default 50%), or optionally via Hunter credit. |
| Job | One audit run, from upload through completed or failed. |
| Risk Preview | Free public preview page on the marketing site. Not a paid report. |
| Hard Facts | Verifiable disclosure/contract facts only — not marketing reinterpretation. |
| Off-the-plan | A contract to buy a home that is not yet completed or not yet registered (sometimes called OTP). Sunset dates and GST withholding often sit here. |
| Not legal advice | Outputs are automated information only; not a substitute for a licensed conveyancer or solicitor. |
| Coming Soon | A module that is not live paid value yet. |
| Safe reason code | A short failure code shown to you without quoting your documents. |
