Read your audit report — flagged risks, citations, solicitor questions, and a Risk Radar score.
Purpose
Shows the forensic result of your paid audit: flagged risks with citations, questions to raise with your solicitor, draft amendment wording, and a Risk Radar score. Informational only — not a substitute for professional advice.
Cost and entitlements
No extra charge to view a completed job's report. You need a completed audit job you own.
What you will see
/reports/:jobId(signed in)- Risks — one card per flagged issue: category, a severity label (Critical / High / Medium / Low), a plain-English summary, and a link for each place in your documents that supports it. Clicking a link jumps to a "Citations" list at the bottom of the page showing the page number; "Back to risk" returns you to the card.
- "No risks were flagged for this property." when there are none.
- Questions for your solicitor — a list of questions generated from the flagged risks, grouped by category where relevant.
- Amendment drafts — draft wording for possible contract amendments, one per relevant risk.
- Risk Radar — a chart with three scores: Legal Safety (0–100, calculated from this report's risks) is live; Renovation and Investment are labelled Coming Soon.
- Download PDF — downloads a PDF copy of this report to your device. Session-only: there is no password to set and no public link.
- Invite your solicitor — email a private link to your conveyancer or solicitor, if it is switched on for your account. They must enter the invited email address to open it.
- Not-legal-advice banner, download/retention banner, and draft-only banner.
- Timing warning banner for WA or auction properties.
Rules that affect you
- You can only open the report for a job you own that has finished processing.
- Solicitor questions and amendment drafts only appear if the audit generated any; they are omitted, not shown empty, when there are none.
- Amendment drafts and solicitor questions are AI-generated starting points — always have your conveyancer or solicitor review before sending anything to a vendor or agent.
- Legal Safety is the only live Risk Radar score. Renovation and Investment scores are not included in your current purchase.
