Cannot change address after submit
Why you cannot change a job's address once documents are submitted or on a re-audit.

Once documents are submitted, or on a re-audit, the job address is locked. Refresh Account to see the current status.
What you might see
- Code
JOB_NOT_EDITABLE - “This job already has an upload in progress or complete — refresh your account page.”
- “Re-audit address is locked to the original job.”
What to try
- Open Account and check whether the job is already in progress or ready.
- If you need a different address, that is a new audit (new purchase or Hunter credit) — not an edit of this job.
- For a re-audit, the address must stay the same.
When to contact us
If the job still shows Awaiting upload but save address keeps failing, send the job id only.
