What to do when you have no Hunter Pack credits left or they have expired.

- Buy a Hunter Pack if you need several more audits.
- Or buy a Standard Audit for a single property.
- Check whether your pack is more than 12 months old — expired credits cannot be used.
When to contact us
If you paid recently and still cannot start an audit, send the purchase email (not contract files).
What we will not do
- Cash out unused or expired credits (except where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy)
