What you will see
A timing warning in the footer of every marketing page, a boxed copy of the same line on /for-buyers and /pricing, and the same unboxed line in the /how-it-works close.
A timing warning on the report page when the property is in WA or the sale type is an auction.
Rules that affect you
- Marketing always shows this line (the product is sold as pre-offer / pre-bid).
- On the report, it is also shown for WA properties or auction sales.
- Wording matches our Mandatory UX — we do not rewrite it per page.
- We do not claim a WA statutory cooling-off period.
