How to start an audit with a Hunter credit

Use a Hunter Pack credit to start a new audit job instead of paying again.

On Account, check your credit balance and expiry, then Start audit. That uses one credit and opens a job waiting for an address and documents.

Who this is for

Signed-in buyers with unused Hunter Pack credits that have not expired.

When to use

When Account shows at least one credit that has not passed its expiry date.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in
  • Hunter Pack credits remaining (see Account)

Time and cost

One credit per job. Credits expire 12 months after purchase and have no cash value except where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.

Before you start

Confirm the expiry line under Credits. Expired credits cannot be used.

Steps

  1. Go to /account.
  2. Check Credits (count and expiry).
  3. Start audit.
  4. Set the address if needed, then Upload documents.

If you have no usable credits, Buy an audit opens checkout instead.

What you will see

Credit count, expiry, Start audit, then the new job. Error: “No credits left or credits expired — buy a pack or a Standard Audit.”
