Purpose
Explain what happens to uploaded contracts, how long reports last, and that we try not to store vendor or buyer names in results. The short public version is /security. The full tables are on /privacy.

No extra charge. Retention rules apply to every paid audit.
What you will see
/security— Uploads are temporary and deleted when that job finishes, personal-information scrubbing, no training on your documents for public models, and that a signed-in session is how we deliver the report. Rules that affect you
- Source contracts are deleted when analysis of that job completes.
- Full results may be deleted after 12 months. Download the report if you need it longer.
- A short history of the job may remain after the full report is gone.
- Scrubbing can miss names. Do not upload documents if you cannot accept that residual risk.
- We do not sell personal information.
