How to re-audit the same address

Start a new audit on the same address as a finished job using a Hunter credit.

Summary

Open a completed job, choose Re-audit this address, then Use 1 credit instead if you have a Hunter credit. Card payment at a discount is not available yet.

Who this is for

Buyers with a finished audit who need a new run on the same property.

When to use

From /jobs/:jobId when status is Ready.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in
  • Completed job with an address
  • A usable Hunter credit (for the path that ships today)

Time and cost

One Hunter credit. Discounted card checkout is not offered yet.

Before you start

You will upload documents again. The address stays the same.

Steps

  1. Open the completed job.
  2. Re-audit this address.
  3. Use 1 credit instead (if shown).
  4. Upload documents on the new job.

What you will see

Re-audit section, discount note for a future card path, credit button or the “not available yet” line.

Outcomes

  • Success: new job Awaiting upload, address locked
  • No credit: cannot start until you buy a Hunter Pack (card re-audit later)
