Feature: Upload documents

Attach up to five contract PDFs to your job, accept the warranties, and start your audit.

Purpose

Attach the contract and disclosure PDFs for a paid audit job. Optional listing URL. Submitting with both required warranties checked starts analysis.

Cost and entitlements

No extra charge at upload. You must already have a paid Standard audit or a Hunter credit held as a job waiting for documents.

What you will see

  • /jobs/:jobId/upload (signed in)
  • Documents file picker — PDF, up to 5 files (each up to 20 MB, 50 MB in total)
  • Selected file names
  • Optional listing URL
  • Retention line: uploaded contracts are deleted when analysis completes; full results may be deleted after 12 months
  • Required Document warranty and Not legal advice checkboxes
  • Optional listing-limited acknowledgement when the listing URL is empty
  • Submit documents (off until both required boxes are checked and 1–5 PDFs are selected)

Rules that affect you

  1. Submit stays off until both warranties are checked and you have selected 1 to 5 PDF files.
  2. Each file must be a real PDF, up to 20 MB, and all files together up to 50 MB. A file that is not a PDF or is too large is skipped; the others still go through.
  3. Every file must match the job address (checked after submit).
  4. You can leave the listing URL blank.
  5. Once submitted, the job locks — you cannot resubmit or change the address for the same job.

Important wording

Retention:

Uploaded source contracts are deleted when analysis completes. Full results may be deleted after 12 months.

Document warranty. I warrant that I have the legal right to upload these documents for private automated analysis; that doing so does not breach copyright, confidentiality, or privacy obligations; and that I am authorised to provide any personal information they contain.
