How to set or change the job address before upload
Enter or fix the property address on your job before you upload its documents.
Summary
On the job page, while status is Awaiting upload, enter street, suburb, state, and postcode, then Save address. You cannot change it after documents are submitted, or on a re-audit.

Buyers whose job shows Address not set, or who need to correct the address before upload.

Before Upload documents. Checkout address is optional, so many jobs start without one.

- Job status Awaiting upload
- Not a re-audit (that address is locked)

Uploads must match this address. Set it carefully.
Steps
- Open the job from Account.
- Fill Street, Suburb, State, Postcode.
- Save address.
- Upload documents.
What you will see
Address fields, Save address, Upload documents. Locked copy on re-audit: “Re-audit address is locked to the original job.”
Outcomes
- Success: address on the job card
- Already submitted: “This job already has an upload in progress or complete — refresh your account page.”
